Air Duct Cleaning

The 837th Training Squadron (TRS)/Inter-American Air Force Academy (IAAFA), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX has a requirement for Air Duct Cleaning in buildings 7353,7355 and 7358, located at 2431 Carswell Avenue, JBSA Lackland, TX. The non-personal services requirement consists of disinfecting and sanitizing six (6) unit air handlers, two (2) each for building; cleaning six (6) HVAC systems, two (2) each for building; disinfecting and sanitizing six (6) ducting systems, two (2) each for building; cleaning 125 supply duct vents; cleanup and haul away debris; and labor hours associated with the performance of this requirement. This requirement is solicited using NAICS 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings. The PSC is J041, Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment - Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Air Circulating Equipment. The size standard is $8M. This requirement shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of WOkr (SOW), dated 2 June 2021, Attachment 1.
