The Maritime Administration (MARAD) seeks a qualified and experienced contractor to provide labor, material, transportation, tools, equipment, and supervision to perform water leak repairs to the air conditioning units and mold remediation for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Admission offices located in Kings Point, NY.

AMENDMENT 0001 INFO-

The purpose of the amendment is to provide the site visit information. Responses to questions and/or inquiries that were submitted via e-mail will be addressed during the site visit and also uploaded to the solicitation.

Interested offerors must present identification at the front guard entrance booth (guard shack). The site visit POC and acquisition personnel will meet offerors at or near the guard shack. Offerors that attend that attend the campus must adhere to USMMA regulations regarding COVID-19.

The purpose of the amendment is to administratively revise the solicitation header title, update the statement of work (SOW), provide additional site visit information and extend the solicitation response due date.
