The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) is the largest industrial complex in the state of Hawaii and the Pacific region. The facilities and equipment are able to service the Navy's fleet and other agencies. The shipyard occupies 112 acres, over 170 buildings and 4 dry docks. The plant value of the facility is in excess of $4.0 billion.

Navy commands seek a qualified Contractor to provide temporary Air Conditioning (AC) Units and services to deliver, maintain, and retrieve in accordance with the Performance Work Statement

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 532289 for All Other Consumer Goods Rental. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $11,000,000.00. The Product Service Code is W041 for Lease Or Rental Of Equipment- Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, And Air Circulating Equipment.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, DFARS 08/26/2022, and NMCARS 18-22.
