Air Compressor System Services   3

Background
The contract is issued by the Directorate of Public Works at Letterkenny Army Depot, which is responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment, including air compressor systems. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all compressor systems, blower systems, and air dryer systems are operational and maintained according to manufacturer standards. The contractor will provide necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control to perform these services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:

1. Semi-annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) for LEAD Buildings 1, 2, 11, 13, 320, 321, 349, 350, 360, 361, 363, 370, 389, 408, 410, 431, 521, 2259, 2264, 2265, 3239, 3261, S3290, 3297, 5800, and 5807 as per PWS paragraph 5.1. This includes two visits per year for each building.

2. Annual PM for the same buildings as above. This includes one visit per year for each building.

3. Semi-annual PM for LEMC Buildings including Bldgs 2363, 2383, 2716, and others as specified in PWS paragraph 5.1. This includes two visits per year for each building.

4. Annual PM for LEMC Buildings as specified in PWS paragraph 5.1 with one visit per year for each building.

Additionally:
- Repair labor will be provided on a time-and-materials basis as outlined in PWS paragraph 5.2;
- Repair parts will be billed as actuals under CLINs related to repair labor;
- Rental of compressors will be provided as needed according to PWS paragraph 5.5.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is one base year of twelve months with two optional twelve-month extensions.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Letterkenny Army Depot located in Chambersburg PA.
