764 ESS/PKA is pleased to provide the Request For Proposal (RFP) for Air Base Air Defense (ABAD) services, a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract providing ABAD services within the United States European Command (USEUCOM) and the United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM) Areas of Operation (AORs).

This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are herewith requested.

The solicitation number is: FA5641-21-R-0001 issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).

Note: The ABAD Synopsis posting on beta.sam.gov (Ref ID #: ABADS1) contains Industry questions and Government answers from the second Draft RFP as well as questions received during the Synopsis period. Additionally, Page 2 of the Solicitation document states there is a Defense Priorities Allocation System priority rating. The Government would like to clarify that there is no such rating being given to either the IDIQ or associated Task Order at this time.
