The purpose of this notice is to publish the Justification and Approval and Determination and Findings utilized.

Background
The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking to extend the period of performance and increase the contract ceiling for the Global Health Supply Chain Technical Assistance - Francophone Task Order (TO contract no. AID-OAA-TO-17-00006 under IDIQ award no. AID-OAA-I-15-00030) awarded to Chemonics International, Inc. The purpose of this extension is to continue providing supply chain technical assistance for family planning and reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, malaria, maternal and child health, and support to related commodities for USAID-supported Francophone countries.

Work Details
The contract modification will allow Chemonics to provide supply chain technical assistance to USAID-supported countries and coordinate with USAID Missions and headquarters teams to transition programs to new awards as part of award close-out. The extension is necessary for the transition of activities to up to four of the NextGen awards including Comprehensive Technical Assistance, Qualifying Issuing & Testing (QuTI), Control Tower (CT), and In-Country Logistics (ICL). The extension will also ensure an uninterrupted supply of essential medicine and life-saving commodities along with needed technical assistance to ensure these products are available for the users.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is proposed to be extended from November 28, 2023, to June 30, 2025.
