AI Talent 2.0 RFP

Background
The solicitation is for the AI Talent 2.0 requirement, which is a commercial acquisition. The purpose of this solicitation is to form multiple Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with Offerors who can provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) Talent services available to the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Department of Defense (DoD), and the entire U.S. Government as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The agency intends to issue 10 BOAs resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror(s) whose submission(s) conforms to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous. The BOA will be active for five years from date of agreement execution, with an estimated ceiling value for all task orders resulting from the AI Talent BOAs and any future on-ramps being $249,000,000.00.

Work Details
The contract encompasses various tasks including technical management, program management, deliverables/ad-hoc reports, program management reviews, problem notification reports, monthly status reports, project management plan, government furnished property/equipment/material/information/services, scheduling concerns, kickoff meeting/orientation meeting, transition-in plan, transition-out plan, quality control plan, contractor manpower reporting, security instructions, travel guidelines, employee accountability & turnover procedures, miscellaneous paragraphs covering various policies and regulations such as FOIA, FOUO, Privacy Act, ethics etc., contractors in the workplace guidelines, data rights and government furnished equipment property/equipment/material/information/services.

Period of Performance
The BOA will be active for five years from date of agreement execution.
