AI Enabled Technology Transfer Tools

Background
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is issuing this solicitation for AI Enabled Technology Transfer Tools to support the Federal Laboratory Consortium (FLC). The goal of this contract is to provide subscriptions to machine learning and artificial intelligence tools that will enhance federal technology transfer efforts. This initiative aligns with NIST's mission to promote innovation and industrial competitiveness.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following services:

1. Supply machine learning/artificial intelligence (ML/AI) tools to advance federal technology transfer on behalf of the FLC.

2. Deliver a total of three line items, each consisting of one unit of ML/AI tools, with specific delivery dates outlined in the schedule. The contractor must ensure that all products meet or exceed specifications outlined in the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods: from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2028, and from July 1, 2028, to June 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Building 301 Shipping and Receiving, 100 Bureau Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20899-0001.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess an active registration in the System for Award Management at the time of submitting a quotation and maintain this status through award and performance. Additionally, bidders should demonstrate experience providing similar AI technology transfer solutions and have relevant qualifications or certifications as necessary.
