Description

A Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Tailoring Services is contemplated in support of the Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG). This solicitation may result in the issuance of multiple Master Blanket Purchase Agreements. There is no guaranteed minimum. Each Master BPA shall not exceed $250,000.00. The solicitation is issued under NAICS code 812199 as a 100% Small Business set-aside under FAR 52.219-6.

Background
The Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG) is seeking to establish a Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for tailoring and alteration services for the Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU). The goal of this contract is to ensure that all service members have uniforms that meet the standards set forth in Army Regulation AR 670-1 and DA PAM 670-1. This solicitation may result in multiple agreements, with each not exceeding $250,000.00.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform alteration services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Tailoring services may include alterations for:

- Male Coats (shortening/lengthening sleeves, letting out/taking in back/side seams, reducing shoulders, hemming rank patches)
- Male Trousers (shortening/lengthening trousers, altering waist/seat/crotch)
- Male Shirts (hemming rank to sleeves).

The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance and comply with all relevant regulations. Services will be performed at various locations within the State of Ohio as specified in task orders.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout the State of Ohio.
