The Government proposes to price the FY26 HELLFIRE (HF) Missile and Joint Air to Ground Missile (JAGM) Production requirements and associated Spares in support of the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office. The different missile variations, parts, and potential quantities are found in the attachment SPRRA225R0097 Variations List. The up to potential ordering quantity for FY26 HF is 4,000 and JAGM is 1,200. The Contractor shall be able to provide resources to consist of program management, engineering, product assurance, logistics, configuration management, and test/evaluation support required to maintain the capability of the HELLFIRE, and JAGM missile systems. The contractor will also provide containers, pallets, environmental cover assemblies, special inspection equipment, software, supportability elements, platform interface and test sets.

This item is restricted to: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, FL, (CAGE) Code 04939. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only a limited number of responsible sources. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.

All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to the POCs listed with this announcement. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
