The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, N00019-21-C-0013 to Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector, formerly known as Orbital ATK (OA), for Full Rate Production (FRP) Lot 10 & Lot 11 of the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM). This procurement is for the manufacture of All-Up-Rounds (AURs), Captive Air Training Missiles (CATMs), and related production support to include; technical training manual updates, support equipment (SE) modifications, non-recurring engineering (NRE) production efforts, cost improvement and cost reduction initiatives and logistics and engineering production support.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (5), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302--5, Authorized or Required by Statute per Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) No. 20-0151, approved by ASN (RDA) on 21 Mar. 2020 redacted version attached to this announcement.
