AFTOC Sustainment RFI

Background
The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW/PK) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to facilitate market research aimed at identifying qualified sources. The goal of this contract is to provide sustainment support for the Air Force Total Ownership Cost system (AFTOC) for the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency (AFCAA). AFTOC is responsible for collecting, compiling, storing, and standardizing data from over 26 cost, logistics, and programmatic data sources within the Air Force.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to fulfill several critical service requirements as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:

1. Producing and reporting Visibility And Management of Operating Support Costs (VAMOSC) data by Air Force weapon system according to the cost structure outlined in the OSD CAPE O&S cost guide.

2. Implementing quality control measures to ensure that data processing methodologies deliver expected results.

3. Demonstrating understanding of compliance requirements including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Standard Financial Information Structure (SFIS), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and other applicable policies necessary for maintaining AFTOC's Authority to Operate (ATO).

4. Managing indirect costs and maintaining AFTOC Metrics Tool while providing support tailored for cost estimation.

5. Establishing relationships with the AFTOC community to enhance data usage and feedback mechanisms.

6. Maintaining knowledge of data archives and repositories for potential reprocessing based on changes in Department of the Air Force rules.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place at Joint Base Andrews, MD.
