After Deployment Adaptive Parenting Curriculum (ADAPT)

Background
The Arizona National Guard Beyond Yellow Ribbon Program (BYR) aims to provide National Guard, Reserve, and Active Duty Members and their families with information, services, referrals, and proactive outreach opportunities that extend beyond the deployment cycle resilience programs.

The goal of the Arizona National Guard BYR program is to deliver a research-validated Adaptive Parenting curriculum tailored specifically for reserve component families in Arizona, designed to improve and strengthen family bonds throughout the deployment cycle.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform ADAPT Parenting Curriculum Services. Key tasks include:

1) Training on curriculum implementation for up to 20 military and civilian facilitators identified by the Arizona Army National Guard;
2) Ongoing coaching support for ADAPT facilitators;
3) Access to online self-paced learning modules for Arizona National Guard members unable to attend in-person training;
4) Delivery of adaptive parenting curriculum with immediate availability upon contract award;
5) Collection of demographic information from program participants and user satisfaction surveys;
6) Monthly reporting on usage of the online curriculum;
7) Data collection/analysis of online module participation using pre-/post-surveys provided to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall consist of 1 Base Year of 12 months and 3 additional option years of 12 months each.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily in Arizona between the hours of 0730-1630 on Monday through Friday, excluding recognized US holidays.
