AFSW Tactical Networking Course

Background
The 354th Contracting Squadron (354 CONS) is seeking sources for a potential upcoming requirement for the AFSW Tactical Networking Course at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. This course is specifically designed for the Pacific Air Force Special Warfare personnel and aims to enhance their tactical communications capabilities. The goal of this contract is to identify vendors capable of delivering this specialized training and to gather feedback on the draft Statement of Work (SOW) provided.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a tactical communications course tailored for Pacific Air Force Special Warfare, focusing on specific networks, waveforms, and system requirements. Key tasks include:

1. Course Duration: Minimum of 10 training days and maximum of 15 training days for 12 students.

2. Curriculum Development: Cover all materials outlined in the SOW to meet desired end-state objectives.

3. Facilities: Source a classroom facility separate from existing military facilities; maintain appropriate access levels (TS/SCI); authorized to receive government-furnished cryptographic equipment.

4. Instructor Qualifications: Instructors must have appropriate security clearances and be graduates of the USAF Weapons School; at least three instructors with expertise in Air Force tactical data links and PACAF domain SIPR networking.

5. Courseware Management: Develop, distribute, maintain, and update courseware; produce a 'PACAF AFSPECWAR Networking Field Handbook' as a reference guide.

6. Feedback Mechanism: Solicit written feedback from the U.S. Government within ten days post-course completion to improve curriculum and instruction.

7. Cybersecurity Compliance: Adhere to various cybersecurity guidelines including AFI 17-130 and DoDI 8500.01.

8. Operations Security Plan: Develop an OPSEC plan to mitigate vulnerabilities against adversary collection efforts.
