AFSOC Innovation, Logistical, and Material Support OTA   2

Background
The 1st Special Operations Wing (1 SOW) requires agile and scalable acquisition support to rapidly develop, test, and integrate innovative capabilities in support of Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) mission priorities. This includes support for large-scale combat operations, special warfare requirements, and distributed command and control capabilities.

The Government is conducting market research on potential vendors and industry input regarding the requirements outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide flexible, turnkey support for innovation, prototyping, and experimentation activities across a wide range of mission sets. This includes:

- Procurement of raw materials, COTS equipment, and custom-fabricated tools or hardware;
- Logistics coordination and vendor travel related to demonstrations, testing, or deployment support;
- Access to private or controlled range spaces with associated safety oversight;
- On-demand technical consultation, subject matter expert (SME) support, and laboratory/fabrication access;
- Integration support for emerging technologies including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), counter-UAS (c-UAS), cyber, and tactical mission networking;
- Design, integration, and deployment of custom tactical networks and datalinks to support field experimentation and operational validation;
- Any other capability or service required to enable the rapid development, demonstration, or deployment of solutions that enhance AFSOC mission readiness.

Specific work tasks will define specific deliverables, security requirements, and performance expectations based on mission priorities.

Period of Performance
15 July 2025 – 15 July 2030

Place of Performance
Work will be performed primarily off-site of Hurlburt Field, Florida, at the contractor's facilities or designated range spaces. In some cases, work may be conducted at government sites or during field events. Contractor facilities should be within 3 miles of Hurlburt Field and designated range spaces within 55 miles.
