END AMENDMENT 0001. Fort Drum, New York has a requirement for AFSBn Snow Removal. A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. The meeting place will be located at Bldg. 6000, Guard Lane Fort Drum, New York 13602. To access Fort Drum, contractors shall be restricted to physically sign in at Paul Cerjan Gate for entry unless they have a Department of Defense (DoD) issued ID card, a local temporary pass, or a local access badge (LAB). For contractors who do not have access will need to visit the welcome center Bldg. 11008 outside of Paul Cerjan (Main) gate with a valid drivers license, registration, and proof of insurance to gain a one-day pass. The visitor center is open 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week. If you have any issues, please call Kayla Rogers at 520-852-2764. Background
The U.S. Army Field Support Battalion (AFSBn) at Fort Drum, New York, is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal services. The mission of the AFSBn is to ensure operational readiness and support for Army units. This contract aims to maintain safe and accessible facilities during winter conditions. The contract will involve comprehensive snow removal efforts around designated buildings to facilitate ongoing operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, resources, and management necessary to remove snow, slush, and ice surrounding AFSBn Buildings: 6000, 6020, 6050, 60, 4525, 4530, and 1660 in accordance with the Contract and Exhibit A Snow Removal Diagram.

The work is scheduled from November 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026. Contractor operating hours will align with normal core duty hours of Fort Drum (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday), but some work may occur outside these hours including weekends or holidays. The contractor must coordinate with multiple Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) as each agency will have a separate COR. All contractor personnel must be trained and qualified under the requirements specified in this contract prior to starting work. A Project Manager (PM) must be designated by the contractor to oversee operations and ensure compliance with contract terms.
