Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Alaska Fire Service, located at Ft. Wainwright, AK, has a requirement for fuel bladders as part of their operational support. This solicitation is issued under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140L0226Q0007. The goal of this contract is to procure commercial items that meet specific operational needs for the Alaska Fire Service.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of various fuel bladders and containment berms with the following specifications:

- **500 Gallon Fuel Bladder (NFES 9803)**: Quantity - 6 EA
- **1,000 Gallon Fuel Bladder (NFES 9804)**: Quantity - 12 EA
- **2,000 Gallon Fuel Bladder (NFES 9805)**: Quantity - 12 EA
- **10'X10'X12" Containment Berm (NFES 7322)**: Quantity - 6 EA
- **12'X12'X12" Containment Berm (NFES 7323)**: Quantity - 12 EA
- **12'X20'X12" Containment Berm (NFES 7324)**: Quantity - 12 EA

**Fuel Bladder Specifications:**
- Capacities available: 500, 1,000, and 2,000 gallons.
- ISO 9001:2015 Certified.
- Carry handles on two long sides for ease of movement.
- Collapsible design for storage and transport.
- Constructed from 30 mil Mil spec Grade 'A' fuel fabric (Urethane).
- Weather resistant and UV degradation resistant.

Features include:
- Overlap welds of at least 3 inches.
- Two capped off Camlock fittings for fill/discharge and one for venting.
- Vented spark arrestor included.
- All fittings reinforced with patches of varying thicknesses for durability.
- Military style emergency repair kit included with clamps and an operation manual.
- Warranty provided.
