UPDATE 05/31/2022 - Attachment 7 SOW Beavercreek has been updated to change the milage from 0.5 miles to 1.0 mile. The Soliciation/Synopsis document has been updated to reflect the new proposal due date of 06/10/2022.

Background
The solicitation is for a MAC Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MAC IDIQ) contract for AFRL/711 HPW/USAF hotel rooms. The contract will have a five-year ordering period and will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The contractor shall only bill for nights that students occupy rooms. The solicitation is prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide hotel rooms as described under the requirements section of the solicitation and accompanying requirements attachment. The solicitation will use a process to evaluate proposals, starting with ranking proposals by the TEP (lowest to highest) and then evaluating each proposal to determine if it is rated Acceptable and conforms to the requirements of the solicitation. The government intends to award five initial task orders with the award of the basic MAC IDIQ, aiming for four contractors awarded under this MAC IDIQ.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 30 June 2022 to 29 June 2027.

Place of Performance
The specific geographic locations where the hotel rooms will be required are Baltimore, MD; Cincinnati, OH; St. Louis, MO; Beavercreek, OH; and Las Vegas, NV.
