AFPSL Recompete   3

AFMETCAL at Heath OH intends to issue a solicitation at some future date for the operation of the Air Force Primary Standards Laboratory. This will be solicited as a full and open procurement open to all responsible offerors. The Government envisions a combination of Firm Fixed Price with Incentives CLINs and Cost Reimbursable CLINs. This contract will have a basic period of 3 and a half years and 7 option years through 31 December 2031. There is no guarantee that any option years will be exercised. The requirement is for operation of the Air Force Primary Standards Laboratory located at Heath, Ohio in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and data requirements.

The pre-solicitation number is FA2263-20-R-0002 and shall be referenced on all correspondence submitted. This notice shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or otherwise pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice.
