======AMENDMENT 0001========

The purpose of this amendment is to provide a second site visit to all prospective contractors and extend the deadline for questions on bidder's inquiry.

A second formal site visit will be held for this project on 12 July 2022. Interested contractors who do not have current access to Tinker Air Force Base are advised to meet at 10:00 AM (CST) at the Sante Fe Steakhouse parking lot near SE 29th St and S. Air Depot Blvd to facilitate installation access. To ensure USACE-SWT can accommodate visitor access for perspective contractors, our office would request a notification e-mail, that includes name of company and number of participants, no later than 2:00 PM (CST), 11 July 2022. Email notification should be sent to the following: daniel.k.jernigan@usace.army.mil and terry.murphree@usace.army.mil.

Those contractors with access to Tinker Air Force Base are instructed to meet at Bldg. 590 no later than 12:00 PM (CST), on 12 July 2022. Bldg. 590 is the official location for the start of the site visit.

The deadline to submit questions via Bidders Inquirey is extended from 2:00 PM (CST), 12 July 2022 to 2:00 PM (CST), 14 July 2022.

This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE for AFLCMC-WAG Bldg. 9201 Renovations.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for the construction of a fully-designed renovation project that is located within Building 9201 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The proposed project will be a competitive, firm-fixed price contract procured in accordance with FAR 15, Negotiated Procurement, using the trade-off process. This will be a small business set aside competitive procurement that will result on the award of one (1) Firm-Fixed Price, C Type contract.

Project Scope: This project will be a single-phase design-bid-built project for Building 9201 at Tinker AFB, OK. Building 9201 was constructed in 1999 and is the former General Motors' vehicle paint facility that is a multi-level structure that is approximately 835,000 square feet. Within Building 9201 is where the approximate 35,000 square footage ICD705-compliant LCMC facility is to be constructed. This project is for the construction of a facility that includes offices, conference rooms, entry way, visitor control, restrooms, conference rooms, open office space and cubicles, break room, mechanical room, electrical room, communications room, sidewalks, general common areas and circulation space. This project also includes structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression upgrades; in addition to demolition of abandoned General Motors paint equipment and its supporting equipment and structures.

Estimated duration of the construction phase of this project is 545 calendar days.

TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction , which has a small business size standard of $39.5M.

In accordance with DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.

Please Note: This solicitation requires bidders to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is required before an award can be made.

SITE VISIT: A formal site visit will be held for this project on 30 June 2022. Due to site location on a Department of Defense (DoD) Installation, strict entry requirements are enforced.

Interested contractors who do not have current access to Tinker Air Force Base are advised to meet at 8:00 AM (CST) at the Sante Fe Steakhouse parking lot near SE 29th St and S. Air Depot Blvd to facilitate installation access.
