Description

Background
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is issuing a solicitation for the MQ-9 Reaper program under a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) approach.

The goal is to enhance the MQ-9 program's capabilities by converting existing data to an S1000D-compliant format and supporting future data conversion needs.

Work Details
The contractor shall convert and integrate MQ-9 OEM Source Data to an S1000D-compliant format, including SGML textual data and CGM graphics.

The scope includes viewing existing S1000D-converted Common Source Data Base (CSDB) and enabling/supporting the conversion of backlog data.

The solution must interface with external systems for automated routing of change requests, provide authoring functionality for organic changes, allow manual configuration of viewable aircraft and GCS data, and operate on multiple platforms in connected and disconnected modes.

The backlog requires modifications to approximately 300 modules, with an average of 51 modules needing updates monthly.
