The purpose of Amendment #2 is to incorporate revised Section L, dated 5 Aug 2014. All previous editions of Section L are obsolete.
Corrections to Section L include: Correcting the AFCEC e-mail address and revising paragraph 5.5, Past Performance Questionaires.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
