DLA Disposition Afghanistan labor management for excess property management and disposal. The requirement will include a variety of tasks relating to the control and accountability of items from receiving property through reutilization, transfer, or other disposal actions including demilitarization of property. The requirement also includes the maintenance of MHE that the contractor utilizes as part of this service. The contractor shall perform demilitarization of surplus DoD property that results in the total destruction of property. The contract will be for a 12-month base period and two 12-month options.
