The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan (CSTC-A), is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) via beta.SAM.gov for Solicitation Number W15QKN21R5001 for the Afghan Personnel and Pay System (APPS).

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W15QKN21R5001 is to change the Proposal Due Date as follows:

From 12:00 PM Er Tuesday, 13 October 2020
To: 12:00 PM Er on Friday, 30 October 2020
