Description

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized/forfeited vehicles in the District of Guam. The vehicles will include production-sized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 13. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Vehicle Services in the District of Guam.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services: towing, storage, maintenance, and disposal of seized and forfeited vehicles including cars, trucks, vans, and motorcycles.
The services include but are not limited to:
- Towing vehicles from designated locations to storage facilities.
- Providing secure storage for seized vehicles.
- Performing necessary maintenance on the vehicles while in custody.
- Disposing of vehicles that are no longer needed or have been forfeited according to federal guidelines.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over multiple periods: Base Year from September 17, 2025, to September 16, 2026; Option Year 1 from September 17, 2026, to September 16, 2027; and an additional unexercised option period extending until March 16, 2028.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the United States Marshal District of Guam located at 344 U.S. District Courthouse, 520 West Soledad Avenue, Hagatna, GU 96910-4916.
