AFCENT Global Prepositioned Materiel Services (GPMS)   4

Background
The requirement is to support the AFCENT Global Prepositioned Materiel Services (GPMS) program in multiple OCONUS locations. The contractor shall be responsible for storage, maintenance, outload, reconstitution of GPMS assets, as well as exercise and contingency logistics support. GPMS assets may include preposition WRM and non-WRM assets. The contractor shall also be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Government Furnished Facilities (GFF) and Property (GFP).

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a wide range of services including sealift and line haul/convoy operations, mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicle key personnel, medical logistics management, financial management, USAF/DoD systems utilization, operations and maintenance for various commodities such as Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE), vehicles, Expeditionary/Contingency Medical Materiel (ECMM) services, warehouse management, receipt, inspection, repacking and distribution, quality control and assurance, manual operations planning, HAZMAT and NON-HAZMAT waste handling and management.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include Thumrait, Oman; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Shaw AFB, SC; Al Udeid AB (FB4804); and other OCONUS Theater of Operations locations.
