AF Trousers and SF Trousers and Slacks Synopsis

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support for the manufacture and delivery of dress trousers and slacks for the Air Force and Space Force.
The goal of this contract is to provide high-quality, U.S.-made uniforms that meet specific military specifications and standards.

The acquisition will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside with an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Type contract.
The guaranteed minimum for all five pricing tier periods is set at 37,651 pairs with an Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) of approximately 94,111 pairs per tier period.
The maximum quantity over the anticipated contract duration is estimated at 655,903 pairs.
All items must be manufactured in the U.S. using U.S. materials.
Offerors are required to submit eight Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) from each proposed place of performance.

Period of Performance
The contract will have five pricing tiers, each with a performance period of twelve months, resulting in a total potential performance period of sixty months.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations as specified in the solicitation.
