Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation intends to award a performance based contract for AF flight line hardware. The solicitation is a fully open and competitive requirement. This solicitation contains 2,000 commercially sourced items that must be priced on any received proposal. The current schedule of items is approximately 45,000 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) that will be supported under any resulting contract. The type of contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions for material. The period of performance will include a 5-year base period, one 3-year option and one 2-year option. The resulting contract will support flight line hardware for three major AF Air Logistic Complexes (ALCs) and worldwide demand on certain commercial sourced items. The Government may add or delete NSNs under this contract during the performance periods. The final contact award decision will be based upon a combination of technical, management, past performance, small business and price evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The closing date of this solicitation is 02 May 2016.
