AF/A2 ISR Training Design Workshop

Background
The USAF ISR Talent Management Division (HAF A2/6FD) is seeking information on how many interested and qualified program management service providers could support an initiative to modernize ISR training across the officer and enlisted force. This is expected to be a multi-year effort, ranging from 3-5 years, that will look at initial skills, intermediate, and advanced ISR training provided by multiple Major Commands and locations with the intent of creating a logical, effective, and sustainable continuum of learning.

Work Details
1. Is your company interested in submitting a proposal if the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW/PK) releases a solicitation? 2. Is your company able to manage a large project to modernize and provide streamlined course offerings and content to create efficient delivery of realistic multi-domain training environments? 3. Does your company have the ability to develop and track Plans of Action and Milestones to improve tradecraft to expose ISR Airmen to foundational tools, cutting-edge technology, new information sources, and ensure they gain basic understanding of data constructs, methods, and analytic techniques.
4. Does your company have the capability to document activities and progress of enhancing threat knowledge to promote understanding of competitors’ capabilities, intentions, and cognitive behavior, in order to provide timely and relevant analysis to decisionmakers.
5. Does your company have experience coordinating with stakeholders to increase/ improve teaming across ISR career fields, Information Warfare specialties, and operational components in training, exercises, and collaborative environments to deliver integrated effects.
6. Does your company have a relevant NASA SEWP contract? If so, what is the contract number?
7. Does your company have a pertinent GSA schedule contract? If so, what is the contract number?
8. Does your company have a contract with a federal agency for the same or similar services? If so, what is the contract number and agency name.
9. What is the Size of your company (to include socio-economic status – i.e., Woman Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, etc.)?
10. Has your company provided similar or same services previously to the federal government? If so, are you able to provide the federal contract number and/or order number?
11. Are there any other industry or commercial you would like the government to consider for this procurement?

Period of Performance
The estimated Period of Performance will be from the anticipated date of award, March 2023 through March 2028 (a base plus four option years). It is anticipated this effort will require TS/SCI access.
