United States Air Force (USAF) is hereby soliciting information on sources of radar systems, including innovative and cost-effective approaches to Atmospheric Early Warning Systems. We seek information on the capability of vendors able to provide Support services for Long Range Radar Weapon Systems.

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF) is soliciting information on sources of radar systems, specifically focusing on innovative and cost-effective approaches to Atmospheric Early Warning Systems (AEWS).

The goal of this contract is to identify vendors capable of providing support services for Long Range Radar Weapon Systems. This request aims to gather capability statements from all interested parties, including small and large businesses, women-owned businesses, and historically black colleges and universities/minority institutions, to determine the appropriate level of competition and subcontracting goals.

Work Details
The USAF requires vendors to provide life cycle sustainment services for Long Range Radar System and Sub-System hardware and software. Key service areas include:
- Program Management
- DMSMS obsolescence identification and monitoring
- Hardware repair
- Hardware development and testing (electronics and mechanical)
- Software and firmware integration, repair, and testing
- Modeling and simulation
- Technical Data Development
- Logistics Services
- Cybersecurity Services
- Procurement Services
- Packaging, Handling, Shipping, Transportation.

Vendors must demonstrate a strong understanding of Electromagnetic Wave Theory and systems engineering principles to ensure compliance with performance requirements. Additionally, vendors are expected to conduct various production reviews including System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), among others. Documentation may include Program Management Plan (PMP), Business Case Analysis, Monthly Status Reports, Technical Deliverables, Configuration Management Plans, Cybersecurity Analysis, among others.
