All information contained in this initial posting, its attachments, and subsequent presentations are preliminary. Further, its attachments, and subsequent presentations are in no way binding on the Government.

Information submitted in response to this is voluntary ONLY. The Government will NOT compensate for information requested nor will the Government reimburse any respondent for any cost incurred for travel, attendance, or development of submitting information provided to the Government. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor SAM.gov site for additional information pertaining to this Industry Day.

Inability to participate in the Government's Industry Day DOES NOT preclude any entity from participating in any future solicitations. Moreover, participating or not participating in this Industry Day will not be considered in any future solicitation.

The Air Education and Training Command seeks to conduct an Industry Day to obtain industry input on how increase pilot production output, production efficiency, and pipeline modernization, to increase United States Air Force (USAF) pilot throughput . To aid Industry, the Government has provided a Conditions-Based definitions, mission priority, and a general framework for each vendor to use in responding the Government's Request for Information.

The Government's Industry Day will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis on 15-16 February 2024. The Government's proposed agenda allows for a maximum of ten (10) vendors to participate either in-person at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX or virtually. Attendance is limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives from each vendor. To register for the event, please respond to ALL individuals below and annotate your company's intent (in-person or virtually).

Notice: If your company desires in-person attendance, the Government will require specific information on each individual no later than 29 January 2024.

Background
The Air Education and Training Command (AETC) is seeking to conduct an Industry Day to obtain industry input on increasing pilot production output, production efficiency, and pipeline modernization to increase United States Air Force (USAF) pilot throughput. The Industry Day will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis on 15-16 February 2024. The proposed agenda allows for a maximum of ten (10) vendors to participate either in-person at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX or virtually. Attendance is limited to a maximum of two (2) representatives from each vendor.

Work Details
Using Attachment 1 (original RFI scope posted on SAM.gov), vendors are required to provide responses to specific questions related to Conditions-Based definitions, mission priority, and a general framework for responding to the Government’s Request for Information. Vendors are also asked to indicate by year each Conditions-Based Phase their company can complete for each of the four priority areas: Pilot PPC & IR qualifications, RPA, MEL, and CSO. Additionally, the solicitation includes questions related to location implications, infrastructure/student services implications, student training schedule, cost profile, aircraft quantity/procurement, ramp-up plans for flight training personnel and new aircraft procurement.

Period of Performance
The Industry Day is scheduled for 15-16 February 2024.

Place of Performance
The Industry Day will take place at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX or virtually.
