Aerospace & Defense Master of Business Program, IAW PWS dated 21 November 2025.

Background
This acquisition is to establish a 48-month Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC)/Requirements contract with Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) for the Aerospace & Defense Master of Business Program.

The contractor will support the Workforce Development and Training Branch (OBH) at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) by providing necessary materials, training courses, certificate courses, and degree programs in support of Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, materials, books, tuition, all fees, and non-personal services necessary to provide training courses, certificate courses, and degree programs.

The specific requirements include:
1.1.1 Industrial Operations Leadership, Management, and Strategy Certificate Program;
1.1.2 Aerospace & Defense (A&D) MBA Program.

The Contractor must provide a class roster via electronic email within five days of the program or course start date to designated representatives. Payment methods for calls placed against the BEQ will include certified Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Card (GPC). Additionally, if over and above classes or services are needed during performance that are not covered by the basic contract line items, the Contractor must prepare a request for such services and negotiate a settlement with the Contracting Officer.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a continuous ordering period of 48 months.
