This Solicitation is provided to all those that responded to the announcement that was published on this website on December 16, 2021 with a closing date of January 31, 2022.

For the non respondents, this announcement is provided for informational purposes only. Proposals will NOT be accepted from those that did not respond to the initial announcement.

Background
The solicitation is for Aeronautical Mobile Communication Services (AMCS) in support of designated FAA Air Traffic Control Systems. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with exceptions for Engineering Services Task Orders which are Time and Material (T&M). The period of performance for this contract is six (6) years; one (1) year base period and five (5) one-year options. The Contractor must provide AMCS, equipment and materials, and must perform all work and services necessary for or incident to furnishing AMCS support for the FAA’s Oceanic and Offshore program operations.

Work Details
The Contractor must provide Aeronautical Mobile Communications Services (AMCS) in support of designated FAA Air Traffic Control Systems. The Contractor must transmit HF/VHF and Satellite voice services into the oceanic areas U.S. Flight Information Region (FIRs). The Contractor must provide expert staffing and have the experience that meets FAA operational and quality standards. The Contractor must establish/maintain an infrastructure to support fully-staffed radio operation at all times (24 hours per day, 365 days per year). Operators must hold a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit or equal.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is six (6) years; one (1) year base period and five (5) one-year options.

Place of Performance
The principal place of performance will be at Contractor’s facilities.
