Aero India 2025 Exhibit Build   2

Background
The Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking a contractor to design and build their booth for Aero India 2025, which will take place in Bangalore, India.

This contract aims to facilitate the DoD's participation in the event, showcasing its mission and capabilities. The contractor will be responsible for creating an engaging and effective exhibit that aligns with the branding and objectives of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA).

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Design Phase:
- Submit a proposal that meets all technical requirements and aligns with DSCA branding.
- Create accurate, affordable designs for various areas including Reception/Outreach Area, DV Lounge, Storage Closet, Meeting Rooms, Exhibit Walls, Exhibit Fascia, Flooring, and Electrical setups.
- Ensure zero deviation from standards during design submissions.

2. Construction Phase:
- Execute construction of all designated areas ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
- Conduct inspections to confirm adherence to standards with zero deviations required.

3. On-Site Support:
- Provide on-site support during show hours, responding within 15 minutes if notified after hours.

4. Deliverables include initial and final renderings of designs, electrical plans, and completion reports submitted via email to the Contracting Officer (COR) and Show Organizer.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from December 2024 through February 2025, covering all phases from design submission to booth teardown.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Bangalore, India during Aero India 2025.
