Description

Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) and Eielson AFB, Alaska have a requirement for Aerial Target banner Towing services. Please review PWS and attachments for additional information.

Background
Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) and Eielson AFB, Alaska have a requirement for Aerial Target banner Towing services. The contract is for Aerial Target Banner Towing Services in support of Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, AK and Eielson AFB, AK.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Aerial Target Banner Towing Service as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include aerial target banner towing for F-22 and F-35 aircraft, mission delay/non-flying standby delay, aircraft deployment/redeployment, mission cancellation, and aircraft fuel. The contractor is responsible for maintaining communication with the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and implementing management control systems necessary to plan, organize, direct, and control all activities under this contract.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 30 September 2021 to 29 September 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, AK and Eielson AFB, AK.
