Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS) is seeking proposals for the rental of 15 multi-engine turbine aircraft with 5 optional aircraft to be used by Government or Government Contract pilots supporting wild land fire missions and other administrative activities. The contract will also involve resource management, passenger and cargo transportation, law enforcement, pilot training, pilot proficiency, and administrative activities. The contract will be in effect for one base year and four optional years, not to exceed five years.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing all insurance, maintenance, oxygen, petroleum, oils, lubricants, supervision, and transportation necessary to comply with the requirements being solicited. All aircraft under the resultant contract shall be ready for delivery on the dates specified in the solicitation. The approximate start work date will be January 1, 2024. Proposals are due by July 31, 2023 at 1 pm MDT.

Period of Performance
The contract will be in effect for one base year and four optional years, not to exceed five years.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Contractor's base of operations or other mutually agreed upon location.
