Background
The contract is for Aerial Delivery Services (ADS) in support of Air Mobility Command (AMC) Air Crew training requirements at Dyess AFB, TX; Joint Base Charleston, SC; and Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The period of performance is from 1 October 2022 through 30 September 2027, including four one-year option periods.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide various services including managing all information and resources required to support the Aerial Delivery training schedule, preparing load sequences for each mission, providing a qualified rigger within 15 minutes of notification to correct rigging discrepancies, rigging and preparing ADPs, inspecting, cleaning, storing, repairing and packing cargo/extraction parachutes and extraction line panels, loading/offloading ADPs on to MHE, providing DZ recovery, managing accurate and auditable records and reports, and cyber incident reporting.

The contractor is also responsible for Government-Furnished Materials (GFM), Equipment (GFE), Facilities (GFF), on-site familiarization training for the first 15-calendar days after the performance start date, and designating contractor personnel performing as Qualified Riggers.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from 1 October 2022 through 30 September 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Dyess AFB, TX; Joint Base Charleston, SC; and Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.
