Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to utilize other than full and open competition to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-19-G-5107 to Raytheon (RTN) located in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

This BOA order will satisfy the requirement for Solid State Continuous Wave Illuminators for the AEGIS Weapon System Missile Fire Control System (MFCS) MK 99 for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. This BOA order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. RTN is the only qualified source that possesses the in depth technical expertise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the MFCS MK 99 and system necessary to satisfy the Government's and FMS requirements to be procured under this BOA.
