This announcement is 100% set-aside for Small Business only. The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Pool of Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) for General Design. Contracts awarded because of this announcement will be administered by Savannah District for use on federal projects under its jurisdiction and, if requested, for other Corps of Engineers Districts. Task orders to be issues under this announcement may consist of, but is not limited to: preparation of reports, studies, master planning, project planning, design criteria, preparation of drawings and specifications, value engineering (VE) studies, Internal Technical Review (ITR), commissioning, cost estimates, survey, and other general A-E services for multi-disciplined new construction, renovation projects for military and other government agencies. The work primarily consists of the design of new vertical construction on facilities commonly found at military installations (barracks, dining facilities, offices, training facilities, equipment maintenance facilities, labs, Child Development Centers, etc.) as well as horizontal construction projects (airfields, roads, ranges, etc. The A-E may be required to provide construction phase, commissioning, and other services that may include preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, shop drawing review, and commissioning/start-up/fit-up design support. All designs must comply with the Savannah District Design Manual. All designs utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. BIM software platform and drawing file format will be determined per task order. All drawing files will be developed using the Architect/Engineer/Contractor (A/E/C) Standard, as supplemented by the Savannah District instructions.
Background
The Savannah District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this announcement for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Pool of Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) specifically for General Design services. This contract aims to support federal projects under the jurisdiction of the Savannah District and potentially other Corps of Engineers Districts. The goal is to award contracts to small businesses, with a target of seven Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms, over an ordering period of five years and a total shared capacity not exceeding $140 million.

Work Details
