Update: This small Business set-aside has been dissolved IAW FAR 19.502-10(a): If a small business set-aside acquisition or portion of an acquisition is not awarded, the unilateral or joint determination to set the acquisition aside is automatically dissolved for the un-awarded portion of the set-aside. The required supplies and/or services for which no award was made may be acquired by sealed bidding or negotiation, as appropriate. As a result of this, the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Gold Rush Inn Renovation is now being issued as Full and Open Competition. The response date has been extended to 21 May 2024.
