Notes to offerors:
1) Block 14 of the SF 30 for Amendment 0003 should read "The purpose of this amendment is to make one administrative correction. 1. Attachment 12, Awardable TO 1, is updated to change the Max Quantity for CLIN 0003, CLIN 1003 and CLIN 2003 from '100' to '1.' The date and hour specified for receipt of proposals is not extended." No solicitation amendment will be issued to correct this administrative oversight.
2) The Government's preferred method of acknowledging amendments is for the offeror to complete Items 8 and 15 of each SF 30 issued and submit each completed SF 30 as part of Volume IV of the offeror's proposal.
