This update includes the following clarification:

Clarification Request:

In L.1.2, the Cost Volume is given a page limit of 25 pages. L.1.3.5.3 excepts out certain appendixes, but not all appendixes. The Q&A clarified that The USG expects the cost narrative for each task order to stand alone. Does the 25 page count limit apply to 1 tab, that is to say 25 pages per TO 1 and 25 pages per TO 2? Does the 25 page count limit cover all appendixes to the cost narrative, ie. Forward Pricing Rate Letters, sanitized subcontractor submissions and excel spreadsheets?

Government Response:

The cost narrative is 25 pages total. The 25 page limitation is TO BE split up between both TO 1 and TO 2.

The 25 page count limit for the cost volume DOES NOT include:

Forward Pricing Rate Letters, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals, Forward Pricing Rate Recommendations or Forward Pricing Rate Agreements.
- DCMA Business Systems Determinations.
- Excel spreadsheets
- Sanitized Subcontractor submissions
