This is a Sources Sought synopsis in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Advana program. The purpose of this Sources Sought synopsis is to identify and determine qualified sources who can help the CDAO build a competitive, adaptive, and responsive ecosystem of digital products and services providers around the largest DoD data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) platform, Advana. The Government requests that all interested types of businesses review and respond to this notice with the Capabilities Statements it needs to further its acquisition planning activities. Background
The Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) is responsible for accelerating the DoD's adoption of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to generate decision advantage across various domains. Established in February 2022, the CDAO integrates several key initiatives and aims to build a competitive ecosystem of digital products and services providers around the Advana program, which is the largest DoD data, analytics, and AI platform. The goal of this contract is to support the development of high-priority products that enhance decision-making processes within the DoD.

Work Details
The Advancing Analytics Multiple Award Contract (AAMAC) will encompass a broad range of services and products including but not limited to:
1. Analytics Application Development
2. Enterprise Architecture
3. Systems Engineering
4. DevSecOps Solutions and Services
5. Software Development and Integration
6. Test, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation
7. Cybersecurity
8. Operations and Maintenance
9. Enterprise Data Engineering and Operations
10. Governance
11. IT Resource Acquisition and Management
12. Product Management
13. Business Operations
14. Program Management
15. Customer Support and Service Desk
16. Data Engineering and Data Science Solutions
17. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Solutions
18. Robotic Process Automation.

Requirements may include commercial items not available through DoD sources, government-off-the-shelf items, non-developmental items, or modified commercial items as specified in individual task orders.

Period of Performance
The period of performance may involve multi-year engagements as specified in individual delivery orders or task orders.

Place of Performance
Performance may occur at multiple worldwide locations, including outside the United States.
