Background
The Advanced Skills Training Barracks project is located at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The purpose of this contract is to provide training and operational support for the HVAC control systems installed at the facility. The agency aims to ensure that designated personnel are adequately trained in the maintenance and operation of these systems, which is critical for the effective functioning of the barracks.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including:
1. Conducting training courses for designated personnel on system maintenance, service, and operation, focusing on specific hardware and software.
2. Providing training documentation that includes a Course Attendance List and detailed Training Manuals with agendas, defined objectives, and subject matter descriptions.
3. Conducting a Basic Training course over a minimum of 5 days covering system architecture, functional operation, start-up procedures, failure recovery, schedule configuration, trend configuration, alarm reporting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance procedures.
4. Conducting an Advanced Operator Training course also over a minimum of 5 days with hands-on training on M&C Software and BACnet Network Browser.
5. Maintaining records of all service calls and modifications to the system as well as providing recommendations for system modifications in writing to the Government.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period that includes multiple training sessions conducted within 30 days after successful completion of performance verification tests.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.
