Description

Advanced Munitions Training Complex PH III
Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is executing the Advanced Munitions Technology Complex (AMTC) Phase III construction project at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL. The project will be a Design Build Firm Fixed Price Contract using Fiscal Year (FY) 23 Air Force Military Construction funds. The Air Force has mandated the standardization of HVAC chiller systems to a single manufacturer at the installation level, and Trane, Inc. equipment has been specified for Eglin AFB.

Work Details
The USACE has received a mission to design and construct the AMTC facility, including the installation of new HVAC chillers in the building. The period of performance is specified at 730 days from Notice to Proceed. The construction contractor will be required to provide and install Trane Inc. HVAC chillers as part of the project.

Place of Performance
