Description

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Advanced Military Studies Program to increase Joint and Strategic Level Planning knowledge to Saudi Arabia Ministry of National Guard (MNG) personnel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Command and Staff College (KAACSC) in Riyadh as a part of a 40-week, Masters-producing course.

The KAACSC has developed a post Intermediate Level Education (ILE) Program of Instruction (POI) to replicate the AMSP taught at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This will be a discussion-based learning program to expose Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) military field officers and civilians to operational and tactical planning. The aim is to incorporate joint doctrine at a master's degree level to broaden strategic level capabilities of the kingdom and produce adaptive and superior officers/civilians who are fully trained in the production of creative and feasible options to solve tactical and operational complex problems

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, contractor transportation, educational instruction, supervision of contracted employees, equipment for contractors, student guidance, student direction, course refinement and cadre advisement necessary to perform services as described in the PWS and associated contract documents. The contractor shall perform to the standards and acceptable quality levels identified in this PWS and associated contract documents.

Place of Performance
The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Command and Staff College, Al Hars Al Watani, Ar Rimayah, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
