This includes an update to the 52.212-1 Addendum and Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ), as well as extending the PPQ due date to match the proposal due date. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southern Markets Contracting Division, San Antonio, Texas, intends to award a single IDIQ contract for Advanced Medical Administrative Technicians. This project work consists of non-personal services; these services include Medical Administration Technician, Consolidated Commander's Staff Administrative Assistant, Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Administrative Assistant, Radiology Central Scheduling Administrative Support, Medical Logistics Administrative Assistant, Administrative Technicians in MTF Clinic Setting, Mammography Administrative Assistant II, Medical Records Clerk, Transgender Health Medical Evaluation Unit (THMEU) Administrative Technician and Medical Administrative Technician/Surgical Coordinator(Refractive Services). The contractor shall accomplish and perform organizational tasks in support of the medical treatment facility-primarily, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX.

The anticipated ordering period for this requirement is five years (five year ordering period). Capacity ceiling for this IDIQ is $45,000,000.

This requirement is being solicited as an 8(a) competitive resulting in one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award being made as a result of trade-off evaluation of proposals.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561110, Office Administrative Services. The Small Business Administration's size standard for this NAICS code is $11,000,000.

Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Medical Administrative Technicians and Other Administrative Support Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS. The scope of this requirement is to procure non-personal services necessary to perform Medical Administrative Technicians and Other Administrative Support services.

Period of Performance
The anticipated ordering period for this requirement is five years.

Place of Performance
The contractor shall accomplish and perform organizational tasks in support of the medical treatment facility-primarily at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland.
