Description

Undefinitized Contract Action to result in a firm-fixed price contract. Award pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)(1)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8, and the executed Partnership Agreement (PA) between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of Defense.
