Advanced Measures for Gallinas Canyon, City of Las Vegas, San Miguel County, New Mexico. Measures to include: Enhanced protection to the City's primary water intake on Gallinas Creek, enhanced protection to the water supply pipeline crossing, implement prevention methods to reduce the potential for ash and debris to infiltrate water supply to the treatment facility, and implement protection features for access roads, pumps, utilities, and structures, imperative to the continued operation of the water treatment facility.
