******AHTS TH-73A GBTS Draft Documents and Pre-Solicitation Conference Announcement*********

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division will host a Pre-Solicitation Conference for the Advanced Helicopter Training System (AHTS) for the TH-73A Ground Based Training System (GBTS) program.

When: 14-15 January 2020. A general session will be held on 14 January from 0800 ET 1030 ET, which will include a walkthrough. One-on-one sessions will be held on 14 January from 1245 ET 1700 ET and 15 January from 0800 ET -1700 ET. The duration of each session will be a maximum of 60 minutes. It is preferred that any company requesting a one-on-one session attend the general session.

Where: Patuxent River, MD (No longer at NAS Whiting Field)

Purpose: To increase awareness of our draft solicitation. Provide a walk though of the facility and an overview of the draft solicitation and facilitate Government and industry communication with the intent of promoting a better understanding of the Government's requirement. Conduct one-on-one sessions to encourage active industry participation in the review of the draft solicitation and allow interested parties to ask the Government questions to better understand the requirements.

The anticipated applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611512 Flight Training, with a size standard of $27.5 million and the Product Service Code of U099 Other Education and Training.

Registration Instructions for the General Session: Send an email to the primary and secondary points of contacts listed below. Please use "AHTS GBTS PSC GS" in the subject line. The email should contain the name of the company, business size and CAGE code.

Registration Instructions for a One-on-One Session: Send an email to the primary and secondary point of contacts listed below. Please use "AHTS GBTS PSC OOO Session" in the subject line. The email should contain the name of the company, business size, CAGE code, and the name and position of the attendees. Due to capacity limits for the one-on-one sessions, the number of participants should be no more than five people per company. One-on-one sessions will be scheduled based on the date and time stamp of the email. If your company is requesting a specific date and time for the one-on-one session, all attempts will be made to accommodate the request. However, if the date and time is filled, the next available date and time will be scheduled. If your company does not request a specific date and time, the next available date and time will be scheduled. You will receive a confirmation email with the date and time for the one-on-one session by 7 January 2020.
